Earth Day Celebration
Come to the Nature Center to celebrate the planet with your local community! This festive event includes fun-filled crafts, such as flower crowns, seed bombs, and fairy houses, and access to the Live Animal Museum. Enjoy stories and animal presentations, gardening demonstrations, pond/beekeeping programs, and more.
Mother Nature's Storytime
For parents and caregivers of preschoolers, enjoy springtime at the Nature Center with nature-themed stories, live animal interactions, and crafts that you create together. Each six week session meets on Wednesdays. Storytime is held indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather. Class size is limited to 15.
Summer Camp
Join us this summer! Each week includes daily outdoor adventures, immersive nature-based games, and interactive experiences with our unique collection of animal ambassadors. Campers discover new marvels every day as they grow their curiosity, creative thinking, and compassion. Camp runs in weekly sessions, allowing families to choose one or multiple weeks.
Summer Nature Lab
For two weeks, your child will explore the preserve like an ecologist, experiment like a field researcher, and understand our natural world like a conservationist. Nature Lab also offers an intro to zoology with critical thinking about our animal ambassadors and wildlife. In hands-on STEAM workshops, participants learn from our naturalists to develop lifelong skills and practice environmental stewardship.
